Job Summary: A client in Madison County is looking for a Production Manager to join their team! The Production Manager is responsible for achievement of production goals concerning safety, quality, waste, and productivity. The P.M. manages the day-to-day tactical aspects of achieving the plant production strategies and goals.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Long Term
Pay: $60,000-$80,000/yr, based on experience


Qualifications:
•High school education is required and a college degree or equivalent is preferred
•5 years or more of production preferred.
•Supervisory experience preferred
•Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
•Basic computer skills; data entry and retrieval.
•Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
•Ability to effectively answer questions or present information to others.
•Ability to delegate tasks and duties to direct reports.
•Project management skills.
•Ability to interact with customers and visitors to the plant.
