Job Summary: A business in Madison County is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team! The Production Supervisor oversees implementation of procedures and monitors safety, quality, production, and waste. The P.S. coordinates routine maintenance checks of machines for preventative maintenance and repairs needed and writes maintenance work orders if necessary to ensure efficient operation of machinery.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Long Term
Pay: $40,000-$55,000/yr, based on experience


Qualifications:
•College degree with 2-3 years’ experience in a printing or packaging related field, OR 5-7 years’ experience in a printing or packaging related field.
•Proficient with Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization
•Good organizational skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
