Details:
A client in Madison County is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team! The M.T. will be performing general building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) for a property management company. The ideal candidate should have experience in turnover of vacant units including painting and janitorial when necessary. The M.T. should have knowledge of parts and ordering necessary items as well as the ability to work with an iPad and close out completed tickets.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $14-$16, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm (On call required on a rotating schedule, some Saturdays possible during busy season).

•Attention to detail
•Must have a valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
•Ability to meet deadlines and goal oriented
•Able to lift up to 60 lbs consistently
•Comfortable to stand, walk, sit, twist & bend for extended time frames
