A business in Madison County is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team! The responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Administrator include but are not limited to: all functions of a Payroll Clerk, assists Payroll Supervisor, maintain individual employee payroll files, create reports for senior management and assists with special projects as needed.

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Based on Experience


Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum of 2 years of experience
•CPP Certification preferred
•Proficient knowledge and implementation of: Excel, Word, Kronos
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills
•Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
•Positive customer service attitude and team player
•Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task
•Ability to problem solve
