Details:
A client in Madison County is looking for multiple Certified Professional Coders to join their team! The CPC’s responsibilities include:
•Review medical documentation and assign the accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD10 codes
•Review billing claims for coding accuracy and completion. Obtain missing information, apply, and finalize the claim.
•Keeps informed and researches coding guidelines
•Research and appeal denied claims
•Performs account resolution on unpaid insurance claims
•Perform other duties as assigned

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Long Term
Pay: Based on Experience


Qualifications:
•Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
•Minimum of 1 year of coding and physician medical billing experience
•Must maintain an active CPC certification
•High School Diploma or GED Certificate
