A local business located in Madison County is looking for an experienced Accountant to temporarily join their team! The role of the Accountant is to correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records. Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting terminology and using spreadsheets and/or automated accounting systems.

Location: Madison County
Position type: Part time, Temporary
Pay: $13 - $15/hr, dependent upon experience


Qualifications:
Successful Candidates will need at least 2-3 years of experience including AR/AP experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft will be necessary. Ability to provide excellent customer service to customers and contacts is necessary. Ability to handle change and relate with/identify problems is desired.
