Details:
A Client in Madison County is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team temporarily. The duties of the Sales Coordinator include but are not limited to:
•Provide customer service regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
•Perform administrative duties for the sales team
•Set up new account information and resolve customer issues/problems
•Assist the sales team with the development of sales deals
•Review orders for accuracy, proper record keeping, and adhering to polices/procedures
•Work with the sales team to implement business development initiatives
•Make/receive phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services
•Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals
•Processes orders and prepares correspondence
•Creates reports for upper management regarding monthly sales results, and team earnings
•Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
•Lease/Rental billing & contracts

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Temporary
Pay: Starting at $13, BOE


Qualifications:
•Requires Associate’s Degree or 1-4 years’ experience in field or related field
•A commitment to great customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ruthless Time Management & the ability to effectively coordinate work with co-workers
•Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
•Ability to multi-task, adapt to situations and handle stress under pressure
•Good planning and organizational skills combined with flexibility to meet changing demands
•Strong knowledge in excel & word. Accounting experience is a plus.
