Job Summary: A client in Madison County is looking for a Mixer Operator to join their team! The Mixer Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of equipment which blends/mixes/paints our products while adhering to the production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications.
Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Long Term
Pay: Starting at $12, BOE

Qualifications:
•Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
•2-5 years proven experience in an industrial operations environment required. Experience in mixing/blending, plastic extrusion, colorants or additives environment is preferred.
•Must have basic mathematical skills including weights, measures of volume, speed and distance.
•Must have problem solving skills and some mechanical aptitude.
•Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of small hand tools, scales, spatula, barrel cart, hand trucks, fork lift, bucket loader, utility knife and mixer/blender machinery and computer equipment.
•Specific vision abilities may require close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
•Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
