Job Summary: A client in Madison County is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their team. The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting with all aspects of sales support including preparation of proposals, forms, and invoices. Follow up calling to targeted lists of healthcare offices to garner potential leads. Research, identify key data sources & manage files. This position has the potential for growth into a Software Sales position. This is a full time position with benefits for the right person seeking a rewarding career.

Pay: Up to $30,000/yr, BOE
Client Benefits (once hired on by client): Our benefits package includes a comprehensive BC/BS health insurance policy which the client will cover 50% of the premium for as well as additional dental and vision insurance plans (eligible after 3 months of employment) and a SEP IRA retirement fund that the client will match up to 3% towards (eligible after 1 year).
Qualifications:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
•Performing multifaceted general office support: faxing, emailing, scanning
•Professionalism, strong work ethic, Interpersonal & communication skills
•Ability to multi task and be a team player
•Any additional knowledge of graphics design and/or web hosting is a plus.
