Country Winds Manor, located in Cresco, IA, is a dementia-specific care facility looking to hire a full-time or part-time dietary cook. Hours vary from 6am-6:30pm, with every other weekend required. Demonstrate knowledge, proficiency, and competency in use of job specific skills and equipment. Ability to read and follow menu guidelines and recipes. Assure the food is ready to be served by specified times. Maintain the dietary cleaning schedules. Follow departmental procedures for sanitation, safety, cleaning, and preparing meals. Understand and comply with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies, procedures, practices or standards.
