HireLevel is seeking a Catering Supervisor for a client located in Edwardsville, IL!

Position: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Edwardsville, IL

Hours: Varies (evenings and weekends included)

Pay: $13.45/hr.

Similar Positions: Shift Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, General Manager

Responsibilities of the Catering Supervisor:

Assist with initial guest contact and all other services throughout the catering event
Assist with event wrap up and clean up
Ensure all food orders are prepped, cooked, and plated in a timely fashion
Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures
Ensure all customers are receiving the best customer service possible
Assist the Catering Supervisor with all food service needs
Oversee all cashiers and ensure all monies are accounted for
Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained

Qualifications:
Requirements of the Catering Supervisor:

High School Diploma or GED required
Must have 1+ years of experience in the food service industry
Must have 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Great customer service experience and skillset
Ability to meet all drug screen and background requirements
