Job Summary: Our client in Madison County is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Our client has over 60 years of experience creating happy customers. The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for assisting customer with needs pertaining to company services/products, answering inquiries & presenting resolutions to problems. Provide excellent customer service while addressing customer concerns efficiently, courteously & professionally.
Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Part Time (30 hrs a week)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 1pm – 6pm
Pay: Up to $12/hr, BOE

Qualifications:
Must have previous customer service & retail experience, proficiency in typing & PC including Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge/ability to multitask, remain positive & prevent escalations. Successful candidates will be able to work with others to improve customer service skills, maintain system knowledge & have a punctual attendance record. Pool experience would be a plus, not a must.
