POSITION TITLE/STATUS:
Teller County Program Manager for the Dependency and Neglect (D&N) and Supervised Exchange and Parenting Time (SEPT) Programs
Thirty (30) Hours a Week - Exempt

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to CASA Program Director/Executive Director

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding both D&N and SEPT services in Teller County. This includes the supervision of D&N CASA Advocates and SEPT Facilitators and meeting the program goals, and also working collaboratively with CASA Staff in the areas of Teller County advertising, recruitment, training, public relations, and fundraising. The position involves the use of diplomacy and people skills in interacting with various parties such as referral sources, the Court, Teller County Department of Human Services, Domestic Violence/Victim Advocates, Volunteers, clients, local law enforcement, parole and probation, public officials, and other community collaborative agencies. Assists Director of Programs and Executive Director as needed.



Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. College Graduate
B. Advance degree in social work or equal legal experience preferred
C. Office and Computer skills
D. Resident of Teller County preferred
E. Program development and analysis ability
F. Volunteer Management experience
G. Knowledge of court system operations
H. Human service experience in a related field
I. Understanding of domestic violence dynamics and/or training required
J. Reliable transportation required.
