Country Winds Manor, located in Cresco, IA, is a dementia-specific care facility looking to hire a full-time dietary manager.

The dietary manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the dietary department with the regulations in Chapter 58 and 67 of the Iowa Administrative Code.

Some core job responsibilities include: maintaining policies and procedures for the dietary department; purchase food and supplies weekly; approve payroll for the dietary department including planning the staff schedule; assess dietary staff for competencies; meet with contracted dietitian to discuss weights, menus, and additional concerns; keep accurate documentation for the department; work with other directors to meet resident needs as necessary.
