Wearparts Tillage Tools is now accepting applications for a skilled welder with a positive attitude to join our team. This position would require the use of automated welding equipment, CNC plasma tables and manual welding for hardfacing tillage replacement parts. Experience in setting up, programming and operating welding robot arm and welding equipment is preferred (but not required). This position involves the use of potentially dangerous equipment; it is important health and safety requirements are met and ensure responsibility is taken for the security of the warehouse and stock.

Qualifications:
 Experience with welding
 Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA, etc.)
 Experience using electrical and manual tools
 Diagnose and repair machines as needed
 Ability to lift upwards of 100 lbs.
 Leadership experience
 Positive “can-do” attitude
 Knowledge of relative safety standards
 Knowledge of operations procedures (palleting, plasma operation, proper forklift maneuvers, etc.)
 Current Driver’s License
