Job Summary: Are you a people person? Our client in Madison County is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their team. We are looking for someone who is personable and naturally friendly with excellent communication skills and the ability to help patients feel welcome and relaxed. The Patient Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Welcoming patients into the office
•Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
•Checking patients in/out for scheduled visits
•Verifying insurance coverages with multiple providers
•Record keeping within HIPPA requirements
•Newsletter/client marketing distribution and attendance at health fairs
•Other administrative tasks as assigned and some light cleaning

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Part Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $12/hr
Shift: Mondays & Wednesdays, 8am-5pm (possible additional 2-3 hours on Fridays, working from home)


Qualifications:
•Familiarity with QuickBooks
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sycle office management platform, Dropbox and mail merges
•Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
•Extremely accurate data entry
•Highly organized and attention to detail
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills
