Job Summary: Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Our client in Madison County is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The Warehouse Supervisor duties include:
•Supervises hourly associates
•Assist with selection & interviewing of staff, coaching/counseling, performance management and leadership development
•Carry out established operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
•Manages a safe workplace by advocating safety training and accident preparedness
•Assists with carrying out daily production goals and monitors performance to achieve goals
•Lead and develop a team to maximize their overall efficiency and ensure a high degree of safety, service and quality
•Assists in training team members on distribution processes and equipment

Location: Madison County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation/Direct Hire
Pay: Up to $45,000/yr, BOE

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
•3 years of logistics experience in a fast-paced distribution center
•3 years progressive supervisory and financial administrative experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and Excel)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Exceptional problem-solving skills
•Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.
