The Arcadia Unified School District is seeking a responsible, motivated, collaborative individual who will perform profession public relations functions in support of the District's strategic communications activities. The Public Information Officer will work under the direction of the Chief Communications Officer and will assist in the planning and coordination of public information programs, projects and special events.

Last date to apply is February 17, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in public relations, public administration, education, journalism, marketing or a closely related field. A Master's degree is desirable.

*Minimum of two years of experience in coordinating, developing and implementing communications, media and public relations activities.

*Public sector experience is preferred.

Comments:
Salary: $74,822 - $84,654 salary range for a 224 = day work year.

District contributes $8,264.00 per year towards Health Benefits.

The District participates in the California Public Employees' Retirement System
