Job Summary: Would you like to work in a climate-controlled building with a company whose main priority is your safety? Our family owned and operated client in Edwardsville is looking for multiple Production Workers to join their team. The Production Worker duties include packing, quality control & working on an assembly line. This client is bus friendly and offers a paid 30-minute lunch break. You can also earn $20 bonus for referring your family and friends. How it works: if your family or friend that you referred to us completes 40 hours of work you earn $20, it's that easy! There is also opportunity for advancement for the right people, you can work your way up to Line Lead or Forklift.

Location: Edwardsville, IL
Position type: Full Time (possible overtime on Saturdays which pay is double time)
Pay: $11.50 or $15.00/hr, with 4-day complete attendance
Shifts: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm or Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Qualifications:
Successful candidates possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing setting. Able and willing to follow standard safety procedures and maintain production speed with the utmost attention to detail.
