Great Opportunity for a Full-Time Optical Sales/Optician to join our optical team!
Responsibilities include:
*Perform duties of dispensing optician.
*Resolve customer complaints pertaining to optical communication and optical orders
*Present and educate patients/customers on optical products, fittings, insurance coverage and medical testing.
*Manage patient & product orders from lab & vendors.
*Process payments & insurance claims.
*Explore ideas to boost efficiency, creativity, and productivity.
*Schedule, answer phones and data-entry.
*Support company initiatives and goals.
*Willingness to work in all Unger Eye Care locations (Edwardsville & Troy)

Qualifications:
*Self-motivated, team-orientated, effective communicator, detailed, adaptable and positive top-notch customer care.
*Optical experience preferred. Not necessary. Willingness to be trained.
