Job Summary: Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR related duties including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment/hiring, onboarding, performance management and employment compliance.

Location: Brighton, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation/Direct Hire
Pay: Up to $45,000/yr, BOE
Clients Benefits (once hired on): Medical/Dental insurance, paid vacation and ongoing education


Qualifications:
•2-3 years within HR department with primary experience in payroll. Benefits experience preferred.
•Proficient in the use of Payroll processing software (ADP Workforce Now, preferred) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
•Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: active listening, accurate, excellent oral/written communication, confidentiality, mathematical skills, decision making, interpersonal, tactful, conflict resolution, detail-orientated and comfortable working under pressure.
