Our Gothenburg loan team has a unique opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, detail oriented employee with proven customer service skills. The individual would need to be able to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment and be able to balance a variety of projects at one time. The scope of responsibility for this position includes:

Essential Functions:
-Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers
-Assist lending officers with processing of new consumer, commercial and agricultural loan applications, extensions, and other documentation as necessary
-Assist with various administrative tasks such as answering the phone, copying, reviewing documents, and compiling reports
-Assist customers with banking needs
-Assist in preparation of loan reports as necessary
-Maintain a current knowledge of lending guidelines and loan policies
-Take pride in enhancing lives with a "can do" attitude


Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Banking experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right applicant for the position.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to quickly learn new software.
Understanding of the agricultural industry is a plus.
