EnCircle's Transitional Foster Care program, part of our Immigration and Refugee Services division, is seeking a Program Manager for our Transitional Foster Care Program. This program is in partnership with Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services (LIRS) and serves unaccompanied children in the custody of Office of Refugee Resettlement and are now living with foster families. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the programmatic, administrative, and operational systems related to the provision of care and services. In this role it is essential to maintain program efficiency and compliance and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, community partners and service providers.

We offer competitive pay and benefits! Salary starting at $73,000.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or a field related to social work such as, but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling with at least 4 years of experience in providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency.

Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience providing casework services to children and families.

Two or more years of experience in program management or as director of a licensed childcare program.

Bi-lingual English and Spanish, preferred.

Prior experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations, preferred.

Trauma-informed training for serving immigrant or vulnerable populations, preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal communication, group leadership skills, public speaking, and persuasive writing skills.

Ability to work under stress or in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Effective communication with stakeholders and timely provision of regular reports to ORR regarding operations, services, and finances.

Strong organizational skills with knowledge of financial, human resource and marketing requirements.

Pass a criminal history screen and fingerprint check, including state and local child protection agency registries.

Knowledge and skills for use of data management systems, Microsoft 365, office technology.

Willing and able to be on an on-call rotation for emergency response situations.

Willing and able to work a variable schedule including weekend and evening hours.
