Syndicate is looking for a talented writer/social media director to assist in the news/features department. Duties include:
- covering community events and meetings for Gothenburg, Brady and Cozad
- Conducting personal interviews and corresponding with elected officials and community leaders
- News and feature photography
- Writing to include news and feature stories and columns as requested
- Website and social media management for the Gothenburg Leader and Cozad Local

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication and organization, have a positive attitude and be comfortable working to a deadline. Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends required. Experience with writing or photography preferred but willing to train the right person.
