The Opportunity

Grenova has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Manufacturing Assembly Technician. Join us and develop professional skills working with a multi-disciplinary manufacturing team. The qualified applicant will assemble mechanical parts using a variety of tools and equipment according to specific requirements. This is an hourly, full-time position.

What You’ll Do

- Interprets and follows verbal, written, and drawn instructions and follows established procedures
- Selects or modifies components according to measurements and specifications
- Collects all materials and equipment required to begin the assembly process
- Aligns materials and assembles parts to build more complex systems
- Checks product output to ensure the highest quality
- Operates power tools while following safety guidelines
- Prepares products for shipment
- Maintains a clean working area and ensures all equipment remains in optimal condition
- Operate as a team player and assist in all aspects of the company
- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Your Capabilities and Experience

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and within a functional team in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible and open to change; motivated and task-oriented
- A solid mechanical aptitude which enables the use of sound judgment in the proper use of hand-held tools, with the ability to learn more complex power/CNC machines
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and perform hand-intensive repetitive assembly of products
- Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to focus, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn more advanced systems
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an assembler preferred
- Recent medical device assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
