We are looking for a Lead Automation Analyst in Richmond, VA but are open to remote work arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate process mapping sessions with business experts to detail as-is and to-be processes, narratives, and gaps.
• Collaborate with business partners to deliver automated solutions for the client, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations.
• Lead the end-to-end automation development process (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
• Ensure requirements are detailed and complete
• Define, promote, and apply best practices for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. Serve as an authority for others seeking to apply RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes
• Manage all access requests for all new automations.
• Facilitate meetings between cross-functional resources.
• Manage issues that arise in day-to-day management of RPA program and provide timely responses and solutions as the need arises.
• Supervise the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident. Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
• Provide strong oversight as an RPA Controller to ensure all robotics technologies are function timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with any process controls and standards.
• Makes decisions on sophisticated and sensitive issues that are based on professional judgment, evaluating risks and in the context of a sophisticated and changing environment.

Qualifications:
Specific skills include:
• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience across various disciplines of RPA
• Experience improving business and technical processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting RPA requirements.
• Experience in delivering multi-functional, enterprise RPA solutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and perspective in problem resolution and business process management.
• Experience with analyzing and requesting system access.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with partners to develop joint solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience writing technical documents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
