Details:
General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for Service Technicians to maintain our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area! We offer career pathing and training. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.





Qualifications:
For level entry positions: 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry experience is a plus

For HVAC Service Technicians:
Have at least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
Have a valid driver's license
Passing of a criminal background check required
