A Highly successful Richmond, VA workers compensation law firm is looking for an experienced, reliable Receptionist to work at their 7826 Shrader Road location.

Superior customer service skills are essential.

People Person Must be able to work independently with a team that knows what it takes to truly HELP those who are calling into our office.

The qualified person must be able to handle fast pace with critical deadlines.

Able to multi-task, strong communication skills, along with close attention to detail.

Candidates must have the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions and priorities.

Must be able to take down the reason for the call to keep our team informed on what the call was about by noting it in our Case Management

Qualifications:
Must be able to multitask and handle a work schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

The qualified person must be able to handle fast pace with critical deadlines

The person must be professional, diplomatic, intuitive, and capable of exercising initiative in problem-solving along with comprehensive independent judgment

Candidates must have the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing conditions and priorities

Must possess the ability to handle a workload and maintain a high stress tolerance FOR THE MAIN Job- ANSWERING AND HELPING PEOPLE WHO CALL OUR OFFICE

Comments:
Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday

properly discern phone calls, follow-up calls to existing clients, regular client communication, scan and organize files, type legal documents quickly, and utilization of Needles case management software
