Community Housing Partners Corporation (CHP) is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy:

Competitive pay: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience plus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus. Day Schedule with some nights or weekends: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an on-call schedule

Great benefits that start after 30 days or less: Medical, Dental, and Vision start the 1st of the month after your hire date, 403B retirement plan up to 5%. The company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days.

This is a 40-hour-a-week position. You may need to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
• High school graduate or equivalent GED preferred; Vocational education preferred
• Formal training in one or more trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Plumbing, etc.) preferred
• Minimum of one year general maintenance experience required; previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
