Partner Relations Manager -
Summary of Position: Responsible for developing and maintain strong relationships with Shores & Islands Ohio (S&IO) tourism industry partners.
Duties & Responsibilities: Promote the sale of promotional opportunities including but not limited to website listings (general, enhanced or sponsored), travel guide ads and listings, and special promotions by direct solicitation.
Function as the main liaison to partners; address any partner concerns, develop and manage relationships with key accounts.
Welcome new tourism-related business and share promotional opportunities. Enter new business information into CRM database and inform staff of as information becomes available.

Qualifications:
Minimum three years in customer services, sales or related position.
Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with partners.
Detail-Oriented and able to effectively manage numerous projects concurrently, meet required deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Strong working knowledge and experience with software required to complete all job tasks; specifically, Microsoft Office products.
