Kitchen Manager - The Kitchen Manager has responsibility for all Diner kitchen operations, and reports to the Diner Manager. A partial list of responsibilities follows. Assist with training and development of staff to ensure efficient preparation of high quality food for our customers. Scheduling kitchen staff. Become familiar with all diner recipes, and ensure consistency in food being served. Monitoring quality of food being prepared in kitchen. Ensure proper food handling practices are consistently being used. Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained on kitchen supplies. Ensure proper closing procedures are followed. Assist with planning and execution of special events. Be aware of location, and be familiar with operation of fire extinguishers, AED, First Aid, and other safety equipment. Compensation based on experience and performance. Other activities as directed by Management.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and education requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent experience. Culinary training a plus. Serve Safe certification required, will help candidate obtain certification if necessary. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Comments:
Full Time - Expected 30-60 hours per week
Pay based on experience $17.00-$22.00 per hour
