Cook line/Prep Follow established recipes and techniques to prepare food items to customer specifications. assist with maintaining kitchen organization and ensuring proper storage of all food items. Utilize established sanitation and food handling practices. Follow procedures for opening, closing, and cleaning. Become familiar with all food preparation stations and be able to work in any position. Work effectively and cooperatively with the diner staff to provide our customer an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.


Qualifications:
"Cooks needed for busy kitchen in 1950's style diner. Cooking background required, pay commensurate with experience. Ideal candidate will have experience with breakfast and lunch style food preparation served throughout the day. Serve Safe certification a plus. Pay based on experience starting at $15/hour
Qualifications and education requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Culinary training a plus. Serve safe certification required, will help candidate obtain certification if necessary. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
