Navigate Claims, LLC is seeking an eager, motivated individual who is willing to learn and assist with calls; email; handling new claim input and contacting adjusters and/or insured’s.

Job Description- Including but not limited to: Assignment of new claims to qualified adjusters within claim locale/Xactanalysis, update our CMS with new claim information / adjuster info, send acknowledgment letters to carriers, when necessary, email / call NI with field adjuster contact information. F/U with field adjusters follow ups (new calls; inspections; reserve report; final reports, etc). Complete transfer log and send reports to carriers, when necessary, search for new adjusters in areas were additional adjusters are needed. Be required to obtain your independent adjuster license within your 90 day probationary period.

Work Schedule & Equipment-
*The expectation is for you to work in the Angola office, Monday - Friday, 9-5 (40hrs/wk.). This is a full time position.
*Base Salary will be discussed once resume is reviewed.
*This is a 1099 position, unfortunately we cannot offer benefits at this time
*The company will provide a computer, monitor, company phone line per Ring Central App on your current phone and all necessary system access and supplies to support your success
