Kyle’s Landscape Service is currently seeking a dynamic Divisional Manager to lead and oversee its landscape operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our landscape crews, which can consist of up to thirty employees, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction. Your duties will include supervising landscape projects from inception to completion, procuring materials, managing deliveries, and collaborating closely with our sales team to meet client expectations.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in operations, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities of landscape crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Supervise landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
Procure materials and equipment necessary for projects, managing inventory and suppliers as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations, providing input on project feasibility and cost estimation.
Oversee the installation of various landscaping features, including hardscaping elements, plants, lighting, mulch, rockwork, drainage systems, and sod.
Manage plant maintenance activities, including trimming, pruning, weeding, and fertilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all job sites.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the landscape crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

10 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
