Responsibilities
Draft, file, and organize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Manage case calendars, hearings, and deadlines using Clio Manage and other legal-tech tools
Coordinate interpreters, court reporters, and client appointments
Prepare exhibits and assist attorneys in trial preparation
Translate documents and facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required
Prior paralegal experience in family law or criminal defense preferred, but not required.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cloud-based systems (experience with Clio Manage or Clio Grow is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic legal environment

Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required

1+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law or criminal defense

Strong understanding of court procedures, filing requirements, and case management

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills

Ability to communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with cloud-based legal software (experience with Clio Manage or Clio Grow preferred)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn within a forward-looking, innovation-driven law firm
