The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is seeking a Creativity Specialist to join our Copy & Continuity Department at KRVN in Lexington. This role plays a key part in the daily operations of a busy radio station, ensuring creative commercial copy, promos, and on-air messaging flow smoothly and accurately across our broadcast platforms.
The ideal candidate will coordinate commercial instructions, manage scheduling and delivery of creative copy, and work closely with sales, programming, production, and on-air staff to maintain continuity and quality in all broadcast content.

Qualifications:
Strong writing, communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Broadcasting or media experience is a plus.
