Role:
Reporting to the Client Experience Team Lead, the Operations Associate supports the financial advisors by completing tasks essential to executing the client's financial plan. This role involves coordination with both the Insurance Team and the Investment Team. Additionally, the Operation Associate will personally handle tasks as directed by Financial Advisors to implement the recommended financial plan. Ensuring the client receives excellent customer service in all aspects of their relationship with the organization is also a key responsibility. The Operations Associate will collaborate with team members across all departments, as well as with Northwestern Mutual Investment and Insurance Client Services.

Daily Activities:
*Provides operational support for a team of advisors including reports and case preparation materials for client meetings
*Completes service-related tasks including but not limited to investment and insurance form preparation, deposits, new client profile forms, and designation of beneficiary forms.
*Follows up on team commitments with direct client contact and communications.
*Executes on instructions from advisors and other senior team members.
*Gathers, organizes, and manages client information, paperwork, and planning documentation.
*Learns regulation and compliance standards, applying these standards to daily activity.
*Mentored by an assigned Client Service Manager
*Supports the Advisors and Services teams with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
*Successfully pass the Indiana insurance license exam (Life, Health, Long Term Care) within the probationary period (90 days)
*Successfully pass the FINRA SIE, Series 6 or Series 7, and Series 63 within 1 year
*Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
*Related business or industry experience preferred.

Comments:
Location: This is an in-office position in the Summit Financial Group Angola Office.
