Details:
Perfect Cleaning Service is looking for a reliable and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to manage teams, and flexibility to travel between different job locations throughout the day.
Responsibilities

- Supervise cleaning crews at different properties
- Ensure quality standards are met at every location
- Check completed work and resolve issues or callbacks
- Communicate with office staff and crews
- Assist with training new employees when needed
- Travel between properties during the workday

Qualifications:
Requirements

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Spanish speaking required
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to supervise cleaning crews and ensure quality work
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Preferred Qualifications

Comments:
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
