Deepwater and Unconventional E&P in Colombia Forum 2014

Topics such as the Colombia energy Outlook, U.S. Regulations for unconventional resources, Colombia deepwater achievements and perspectives, where included in the agenda of the day. Congressman Olsen addressed the importance of the energy industry in Texas not only for its citizens but to the whole country given the revenues and jobs it generates.
 
Colombia’s energy sector keeps getting stronger, and as time passes legislative efforts are taken to address the challenges to operate offshore and inland, thus making Colombia an attractive and stable location for international oil companies.
