Come relax and capture the charm of the past in our renovated 1870’s Victorian home, decorated in Country French and antiques.

Nelson Avenue Pines Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the scenic village of Cooperstown, NY and offers bright, spacious accommodations each with private baths, color cable TV, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in season.

We are a pleasant 5 -10 minute walk to the museums, shops and restaurants. The Otesaga Hotel, tennis courts, Leatherstocking Golf Course, and Otsego Lake are just across the street!

Relax and enjoy the lake view from our wraparound porch decorated in white wicker and beautiful flowers and plants. Enjoy a sumptuous French countryside breakfast, served daily in or outdoors. We use only the finest fresh ingredients and produce from local favorites including Agro Farma’s Chobani yogurt, Painted Goat, Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard, Mill Hollow Maple, Heller Farms, and Stagecoach Coffee.

Awaken to the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and daily baked specialties including Blueberry French toast soufflé, Belgian waffles, fruit stuffed pancakes all served with local maple syrup, or egg dishes such as individual egg soufflés, French baked eggs, or quiche Lorraine.
