Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategy and performance outcomes for the Corvallis-Benton Chamber Coalition.  They hire the president; adopt the budget and master plan.  They monitor the outcomes and finances of the Chamber Coalition.  Directors agree to a three year term and devote 12-15 hours per month to Chamber Coalition activities.  All Directors must be members in good standing of the Chamber Coalition and are duly elected through the process outlined in the Bylaws.  The Chamber Coalition strives for diversity among the Board and seeks a balance of business leaders of a various sizes and industries.

Directors may serve up to three consecutive terms for a total of nine years.  If interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please review the bylaws and position description and complete the interest application.  All applications must be returned to the Chamber Coalition office and marked as follows:

The nomination process begins in January and concludes with the election of the Board and officers in June of each year.
