About Us

Alpine Home Inspection specializes in residential home inspection. Currently licensed and certified in the State of Nevada(CA does not have licensing!). This permits inspections of single family dwellings, multi-family units up to four per cluster and light residential up to 10,000 square feet.

Addition to being state certified, we are also members of ASHI, NACREI, Eastern Plumas Chamber of Commerce, Truckee Chamber of Commerce, Chester/Almanor Chamber of Commerce, Truckee/Tahoe Association of Realtors, Plumas Association of Realtors, BNI-Truckee Chapter, Board Member/Clio Water Board. We also sponsor the US Forest Service Trail(s)-Sawtooh Trail and Western States Trail and participate in litter removal on highway 70 from Mt. Tomba through Cromberg.

An for the inspection process, it encompasses the exterior(site/drainage, siding/trim, windows/doors and roofing), and the interior(plumbing, electrical, hvac, attic and crawlspace, insulation/ventilation, interior and appliances.
