What a great Annual Meeting!

Thanks to all who came to our Annual Business Meeting at the Estherville Golf Course last week! We were so pleased with the turnout and hope you all enjoyed yourselves.

A special thanks to Sandy and Angie for the amazing food and great service - be sure to keep the golf club in mind for your functions. They were so easy to work with and as the photos show the food was divine and so well presented.

Ambassador Corner

Our Ambassadors have been very busy as there's a lot happening in the business community.

Just a reminder who our Ambassadors are: Lisa Lowe (President), Daryl Eickhoff (Secretary-Treasurer), Crystal Pluth,  Doc Sievert,  Holle Smith, Jennifer Hough, Jill Spurgin, John McCorkell, Pam Bruns and Ron Leffel. We also welcome Glen Caron and farewell Dar Isaackson from the Estherville Daily News.

If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador or learning more, please ask the Chamber office or any of the Ambassadors!

Our most recent visits included Envy Salon (new stylist Jessica Sitting Crow) and First Presbyterian Church (new pastors Rev. Chad Ensz & Rev. Kennen Barber-Ensz). Welcome to Estherville, and thanks to the Estherville Daily News for the photos.

If you are moving office, starting a new business or have a new employee, be sure to let the Chamber office know so we can schedule an Ambassador visit!

Small business classes

As discussed at the Annual Business Meeting, local businesses are able to take advantage of free business classes through the ILCC Small Business Development Center. We thank Kelly McCarty for speaking at the meeting and letting our members know how the center works. Please see the attached brochure for more details. We will look to organize a business class in the future depending on interest.
