Do you have a special you want promoted in this newsletter? Please send it to echamberdirector@gmail.com!

Before you read this newsletter, please forward it to your colleagues and staff!

This update is a great source of info for all Chamber member businesses, but each business only has one email address attached to it in our database so we encourage you to forward this to all your employees or coworkers so they can also see the news. You could also print it out and put into staff rooms. If anyone wants to be added to the newsletter list, please ask them to email echamberdirector@gmail.com or call us on 362 3541.

Iowa Lakes Job Fairs

Statistics from Iowa Lakes show that 91% of students graduating from Iowa Lakes stay in this area.  That’s why the college wants to invite you to our Job Fairs that will be held this spring.  If you choose to attend this FREE event, Iowa Lakes will provide a table and chair for your business (+ electricity, if requested.)  The dates are March 11, 12 and 13. Student Senators will be on hand to assist you with moving in your materials or setting up your display. Complimentary coffee and rolls and a noon lunch will be provided.

Please click HERE for more info on the job fair, and HERE for a letter to employers.

Do you have a job opening?

The Chamber's new website has the ability for classified ads and we'd love to get this up and running. The classified ads are located here. If you have a job opening, please feel free to list it on this site and we will link to this page in our chamber updates. The public can also submit ads for a number of items, including garage sales, household items, cars and more. We hope to get the classified ads to be a great resource for the area.
