This summer is flying by! The Fourth of July is right around the corner and you know what that means, the 65th Annual Estherville Flight Breakfast!!! 

Come out to the Estherville Municipal Airport on July 4, 2013 from 7-11am! We will be serving pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and drinks! This year we have invested in a new device that should allow us to make better pancakes faster! We are hoping to shorten the crowds wait time and provide an even better pancake!
We have a lot of fun activities for every member of the family! There will be a kids corner with face painting, tattoos, a coloring station and plenty of candy and giveaways. Take your excitement to a higher level by going on a helicopter or plane ride which will be taking off all morning for a small fee. The North West Iowa Jazz Band will play at 9am.

The Chamber is sponsoring a FREE concert featuring The Rumbles on Saturday, June 29th. We'll open up the grounds at 7pm, with the concert starting at 8.30pm. There will be food for sale and a beer garden so bring a picnic blanket and chairs to Iowa Lakes Community College. It's going to be a great night out in Estherville! Click HERE for more info.

A Young Professionals Group is being started here in Estherville. The Chamber will be holding a monthly social event in town to help young professionals network with each other and learn about opportunities. If you are 35 or under or know someone who is please email the chamber at echamberdirector@gmail.com. We are hoping to have our first meeting at Woody's in late July! 

Join us for our monthly Business After 5!! This months will be held on July 9th from 5-7 at the Estherville Public Library. Citizens Community Credit Union has teamed up with the Friends of the Library for what is sure to be good time! BA5 is a great opportunity to get to know different businesses and to network with fellow Esthervillians. Stop by for snacks, drinks and great company!

The third season of Estherville's weekly Downtown Market  is in full swing! The first two markets had beautiful weather and a great turnout. Come visit the many great vendors selling baked goods, produce, crafts and more! We have many new vendors this year and the regulars from years past. Right now it's rhubarb season and the market has plenty of it! The markets runs 5-7pm weekly from June 13 to September 5 (except July 4).
