A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health’s Dental Care

The 2,062-square-foot expansion is an addition to the Thunderbirds Charities Special Care Unit at Dental Care West, which opened Sept. 25, 2008. The new space includes an additional surgery operatory, comprehensive care unit, state-of-the-art classroom, faculty offices, and student work areas.
“The expansion at Dental Care West will allow us to see more patients with complex clinical conditions,” says ATSU-ASDOH Dean Jack Dillenberg, D.D.S., M.P.H. “These patients have a very difficult time accessing dental care and with the new equipment our wonderful students and residents will be able to provide them with high quality dental care.”
During the ribbon cutting event, Thunderbird Charities, BHHS Legacy Foundation, and Dani Dental were acknowledged for their generous support.
“We want to thank all our sponsors in regards to the expansion,” says Robert Levine,D.D.S., assistant professor, ASDOH. “This will assist in our continual efforts to provide optimal services to the local community.”
