Registration
1.  Go to www.uwdp.org and click "Just Because" link or rotating banner on our home page.

• ​Click on the "just Because Balloon Order" button
• Order your balloons and pay
• Your balloons will be delivered or made available for pick-up at your designated location on Tuesday, May 9th

2.  Call our office at 320-834-7800 to register and pay over the phone or stop into our office.
