4th Annual GRH Scrub Run

Schedule of Events:
Registration and T-shirt Pickup:
Friday, August 24 at Glenwood Lakes Chamber & Welcome Center (7 First Street NW, Glenwood –behind Subway Restaurant)  – 4-7p
Saturday, August 25 at City Park – 7:30-8:30a
Race:
Saturday, August 25 at the Lakeside Ballroom (City Park) Parking Lot – 9a
Course:
The 5K will start and end at the Lakeside Ballroom parking lot. The course will follow North Lakeshore Drive and loop around the Captains Bar & Grill parking lot. A water station will be provided along the route.
Parking is limited near Lakeside Ballroom and City Park so please carpool if you can.
Attire:
Participants are encouraged to wear scrubs for the race.
A few scrubs and other hospital attire will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis for those who want to dress up for the 5K.
After the Race:
Post-race refreshments (including chocolate milk) will be provided at the finish line. Instructors from the Wellness Center will also provide stretching exercises in City Park after the race.
