One World Specialties

One World Specialties is a fully integrated beef co-packer of beef jerky and other food-grade specialty products. Our USDA-inspected plant features a suite of modernized equipment including tumblers, slicers, ovens, and other production-line assets, making us one of the most advanced facilities in the US today. Our in-house Michelin Chef works closely with customers to develop unique flavor profiles, ensuring consumers receive great-tasting, high-performing products on every order.

One World Specialties is part of a fully integrated supply chain with access to 500,000 head of cattle from California’s Imperial Valley, with options ranging from all-natural to commodity programs. Our plant processes over 1.3 million lbs of beef and over 5 million bags of jerky per year.
