Established in 1989, MDL Group is uniquely positioned in the market as a property services company focused on seamless and integrated operations of commercial property management, brokerage sales and leasing, investment advisory (acquisition and disposition), and development services.

MDL Group was co-founded by Carol Cline-Ong and Curt Anderson from a predecessor development company, Development by 5 (DB5) - which developed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial product in the Las Vegas market. In 2013 Carol and Curt welcomed Hayim Mizrachi and Jarrad Katz as principals to MDL Group.
